Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to develop and execute strategic channel partnerships, optimize our distribution network for agricultural inputs (seeds), drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners in the agriculture sector and hands on experience in managing engagement events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Evaluation of existing channel health and find opportunities to penetrate and optimize the channel.
  • Drive channel productivity by increasing thru put of the distributors.
  • Measure channel sales performance through effective partner enablement, training, and support programs.
  • Monitor channel metrics, retail health, penetration and keeping healthy depth.
  • Collaboration with sales for distributors and retailers BGP in the system.
  • Develop promotional programs and marketing initiatives to drive channel engagement with end-to-end event management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 5+ years of channel sales/management experience, preferably in agriculture or related industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing successful channel partnerships
  • Strong understanding of channel economics and business models
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience in channel management
  • Project management experience
