Channel Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Contruent is redefining capital project performance through an intelligent project controls platform that brings speed, certainty, and insight to complex programs. We’re seeking a Channel Manager to build and lead high-impact partnerships with the advisory firms (FTI, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC) and top Construction Management (CM) firms.
This role is accountable for establishing a scalable partner ecosystem that drives measurable revenue growth, including achieving $1 million in Annual Contract Value (ACV) within the first 18 months through partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Development
Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partners across consulting, advisory, and CM sectors.
Build executive relationships with FTI, EY, and other Big Four firms to align go-to-market objectives.
Establish collaboration models with CM firms (Turner, Bechtel, AECOM, Fluor, Jacobs, etc.) to integrate Contruent into their delivery frameworks.
Define joint value propositions that link project control software with partner service offerings.
Co-Selling & Revenue Growth
Create and execute joint GTM plans that deliver $1 M+ in ACV within 18 months through sourced and influenced deals.
Drive pipeline generation with partner account teams and Contruent sales leadership.
Lead account mapping, co-sell motions, and partner opportunity reviews.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of partner-related revenue metrics.
Partner Enablement & Operations
Develop and manage onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure partner readiness.
Coordinate co-branded marketing assets, solution briefs, and case studies.
Track partner performance through KPIs, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Manage contracts, NDAs, and incentive structures for each strategic partnership
Market Expansion & Industry Engagement
Represent Contruent and its partners at industry events (AACE, CII, CMAA).
Collaborate on thought leadership content, benchmarking initiatives, and AI-driven capital program insights.
Expand partner participation in joint media, webinars, and executive roundtables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years in channel management, partnerships, or alliances within enterprise SaaS, construction tech, or project controls.
Proven success developing and monetizing partnerships with Big Four firms and CM organizations.
Deep understanding of the capital project lifecycle, cost management, and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders.
Experience with CRM and partner management tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Performance Metrics
$1 million in partner-sourced and co-sell ACV within 18 months.
Growth of strategic partner portfolio (consulting + CM firms).
Partner enablement and certification completion rate.
Pipeline creation, joint marketing engagement, and customer success outcomes.
