Your role will bridge tradition and innovation, blending high-octane storytelling with hands-on relationship building. Whether online or trackside, you’ll create a space where every member feels part of the action and the legacy. 

Requirements

  • Passion for building and managing vibrant brand communities — and the hands-on skills to turn that excitement into measurable impact. 
  • Develop and execute content strategies to keep members informed and engaged.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between brand community leaders and our client, ensuring clear, consistent, and seamless communication. 
  • Have a strong eye for visual and written content. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide exclusive content, updates, and event information. 
  • Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve community interaction.
  • Stay informed on relevant brand industry news, key events, and community activities. 
  • Experience in community management, digital engagement, and content curation.
  • Strong understanding of digital communication channels beyond traditional social media. 
  • Experience with CRM tools, newsletters, and community platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams. 
    Bilingual (English/German) with exceptional written and verbal skills.
