Your main responsibilities in this role would be:
- Provide financial review and approval support for channel rebate, incentive and pricing support programs across European countries
- Manage the end-to-end tracking, accrual and settlement of channel rebates and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to channel sales teams, delivering channel performance and profitability analysis
- Support internal control and compliance related to channel commercial models, rebates and incentive policies
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Tax and HQ Finance teams in a multi-country, multi-currency environment
Your profile
- Above bachelor degree in accounting, finance, tax or equivalent. Holder of ACCA/CFA/CPA/CIMA is a plus.
- At least 5 year of relevant professional experience in Germany, preferably in multinational companies doing trading/distribution/project-base/servicing cross EU , Big four auditing firms.
- Familiar with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS, German taxation.
- Highly proficiency in spoken and written German(C1) and English (B2). Mandarin is a plus.
- Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a Must.
- Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, being able to manage pressure under work.
- Willing to work onsite in Munich office.
