Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Dell Alliance (LATAM) will coordinate regional market initiatives, serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison with Dell, and lead the execution of joint go-to-market, enablement, and evangelism programs across LATAM. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role will guide Dell internal teams, partners, and customers on cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and AI-powered defenses, while influencing product alignment and long-term partnership success.
This position reports directly to the LATAM Channel Manager.
What You Will Do
Alliance Leadership & GTM Execution
Coordinate and execute regional market, evangelism, and solution initiatives for Dell and its partner ecosystem across Latin America.
Develop and deliver joint marketing and go-to-market strategies promoting Sophos’ portfolio within the Dell ecosystem.
Support regional sales teams by identifying cybersecurity opportunities and crafting value-based proposals aligned with customer risk and compliance frameworks.
Represent Sophos at Dell and industry events, cybersecurity forums, and executive-level conversations, articulating trends, threats, and regulatory best practices.
Technical Advisory & Customer Engagement
Act as a trusted technical advisor to Dell internal teams, partners, and enterprise/public-sector customers.
Conduct strategic cybersecurity presentations and executive briefings across LATAM.
Assess customer environments to design secure, scalable, and high-performance architectures aligned with business objectives.
Promote adoption of secure-by-design principles and AI-powered cybersecurity technologies.
Partner Enablement & Collaboration
Lead enablement programs for pre-sales, channels, and partner teams, ensuring they are trained on Sophos solutions, value proposition, and integration with Dell offerings.
Collaborate with global Product Management and Engineering to ensure LATAM customer needs influence future product roadmaps.
Monitor KPIs, partner engagement, and program performance, evaluating the business impact of cybersecurity and AI initiatives on revenue, pipeline, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring
Experience & Skills
15+ years of experience working with large GSI partners, ideally within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise technology.
Proven track record driving regional alliances, partner ecosystems, or major OEM relationships (Dell experience preferred).
Strong communication and evangelism skills, capable of presenting to executive and technical audiences.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, compliance frameworks, and modern threat landscapes.
Ability to build scalable architectures and map technology solutions to customer business outcomes.
Experience influencing product direction and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.
Metrics-driven mindset, with experience evaluating program impact and driving continuous improvement.
Languages
Portuguese, Spanish, and English required.
Other Requirements
Ability to travel across LATAM as needed to support Dell, partners, customer meetings, and events.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
