We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Channel Account Manager to join our organization in the APAC Sales Team.

The Mission:


She/He will drive strategic growth in international markets by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the business anticipates and meets customer needs for predictable and scalable success.



Responsibilities:



  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by developing a robust pipeline of potential clients across Worldsensing sectors (Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environment) in the Indian market.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover customer needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for product or service alignment, ensuring solutions are tailored for high-value impact.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and addressing customer requirements proactively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to penetrate new markets while driving revenue growth and maintaining profitability within allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with distributors to optimize performance, enhance market reach, and deliver actionable insights to management based on ongoing performance reviews.
  • Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the brand presence and foster business development opportunities.



Requirements:



  • Strong business acumen, with 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales, business development, or strategic growth roles, preferably in services or equipment sales.
  • Proven success in developing new business in fields such as sensors or Worldsensing sectors (Civil Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environment).
  • An engineering degree or a strong geotechnical background is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively (40–50% of the time).
