Channel Account Manager - GCC
TLDR
Build long-term customer relationships as a Channel Account Manager focused on the GCC region, leveraging innovative tools and collaborative colleagues to drive sales growth.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and web 2.0 tools
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Perform effective demos for customers
- Help partners to make quotas and offer
- Perform presentation and sales training to partners
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand the database of contacts
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Refer to the Channel Manager in the region
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner
- Ability to drive pipeline creation
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, UC, or enterprise software
- Experience working across the GCC region and Levant with clear understanding of the market dynamics
