Today we are looking for a passionate Channel Account Manager to join our team and focus on the region, with the working location in Dubai. We’re looking for a talented person, a motivated team player  ready to hunt new deals and build long-term relationships with customers.

What you will do in Imagicle
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails, and web 2.0 tools
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Perform effective demos for customers
  • Help partners to make quotas and offer
  • Perform presentation and sales training to partners
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Maintain and expand the database of contacts 
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Refer to the Channel Manager in the region 
 
Required skills
  • 5+ years of Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner
  • Ability to drive pipeline creation
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
 
It will be considered a plus if you have
  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud, UC, or enterprise software 
  • Experience working across the GCC region and Levant with clear understanding of the market dynamics
  • Executive-level communication and negotiation with partners and customers
