The incumbent will be playing a key role in driving communication, training and adoption of key initiatives across the Finance organization.

In this position, the incumbent will lead and support change initiatives across two core streams:

Change Management for Strategic Finance Projects:

Play a role in the success of Finance transformation initiatives by ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption. Working in collaboration with project leads and cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging training materials and communication deliverables (tutorial videos, publications, onboarding packs, etc.)
  • Supporting key change activities such as information sessions, end-user training, feedback loops, and adoption tracking
  • Be a SPOC/Lead for Finance Internal Communications Strategy initiatives by working closely with Finance leadership, project managers, and teams
  • Prepared and align on driving content strategy and contributing to the development of the monthly Finance Newsletter
  • Enhancing and maintaining the internal Finance communication platform (teams channel/SharePoint)
  • Contribute to designing and coordinating community engagement initiatives

Must have:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in change management, ideally within a consulting environment or in-house transformation team, with a focus on Finance or corporate functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage resistance and drive adoption in complex environments
  • Understanding of change management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to design impactful and user-centric communication and training content
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrixed environment
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Familiarity with Finance processes and terminology is a plus
  • Confirmed experience with digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing tools)
