About the Role

The Change Management Specialist is a hands-on practitioner responsible for driving the successful adoption of strategic initiatives by developing and delivering actionable change plans, training programs, and engagement activities. This role focuses on execution by creating tangible deliverables such as training materials, communication assets, and readiness tools while partnering with Business Transformation, program managers, HR/L&D, and Communications to ensure employees are prepared to sustain new ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute communications explaining new tools, changes, rollout timelines, and user impacts
  • Create clear messaging to prepare users for technology shifts and ongoing updates
  • Develop communication materials including change announcements, talking points, leadership briefings, and employee messages
  • Collaborate with Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels
  • Facilitate engagement sessions, town halls, brown-bag sessions, and ambassador briefings
  • Create and deliver training programs supporting new systems, tools, and processes
  • Partner with HR/L&D to align learning approaches and integrate content into enterprise learning channels
  • Build role-based and scenario-based training assets to support sustained behavioral change
  • Develop training materials, guides, and job aids for Microsoft 365 and other IT solutions
  • Coordinate live training sessions, onboarding activities, and lesson-based materials
  • Partner with IT, PMO, and business units to ensure readiness for technology rollouts
  • Support user adoption through targeted communications, FAQs, and structured learning
  • Support Microsoft 365 governance activities including Teams and SharePoint standards, adoption, and compliance
  • Coordinate with PMO and program leadership to track risks, interdependencies, and resource needs
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics using dashboards to support leadership reporting and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, organizational readiness, transformation, or related roles
  • Proven experience executing change management activities including readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training development
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled changes such as system rollouts, process changes, or governance initiatives
  • Prior experience working within PMO, HR/L&D, Communications teams, or cross-functional transformation environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) governance, adoption, or end-user enablement
