Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management.
  • ITIL certification required
  • Proven success applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Certification in CCMP preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and experience with large-scale organizational change.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate teams through change, fostering a positive environment.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management Expertise: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to facilitate change.
  • Change Management Knowledge: Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices, along with relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management).
