At Mobiz, we partner with organizations to design and deliver change that enables people, processes, and technology to move in sync. We’re looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead strategic IT transformation programs and shape the Mobiz Change Management approach across industries.
What You’ll Do
- Design change strategies that align people and processes with new operating models and business goals.
- Lead delivery of communication, stakeholder engagement, and training programs that drive real adoption.
- Measure and sustain impact through governance frameworks, feedback loops, and performance dashboards.
- Build the Mobiz Change Playbook—developing templates, toolkits, and methods that scale across client engagements.
- Collaborate across practices (Operating Model, PMO, Governance, Risk) to ensure integrated transformation delivery.

What You Bring
- Expertise in: Change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training delivery
- Experience in: Consulting or technology-driven transformation environments (cloud, digital, or operating model programs)
- Soft skills: Exceptional communication, facilitation, empathy, and influence
- Preferred: Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
