Essential requirements ✅

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven professional who can seamlessly combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will excel at influencing senior executives and building strong relationships, while fostering collaboration within a consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a credible leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging strategic vision and operational delivery. You thrive in complex digital transformation programmes and bring adaptability, resilience, and a passion for driving meaningful change. 

We expect this person to have experience in: 

  • Successfully delivering complex digital transformation programmes, ideally large-scale ERP or major IT implementations. 
  • Translating operating model and system changes into actionable change delivery plans (e.g., communication strategy, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training plans). 
  • Building executive-level credibility and managing stakeholders effectively. 
  • Applying change management methodologies and designing impactful interventions. 
  • Leading organisational change and digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes. 
  • Working with Agile methodologies and cultural change frameworks. 
  • Leveraging a strong academic foundation (e.g., MSc/MBA) with analytical and planning expertise. 
  • Operating across multiple geographies and sectors with ease. 
  • Holding preferred certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar. 

Experience: 4–10 years in change management and transformation leadership.

Hybrid working  

Our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 3 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
