The job holder will be responsible for managing the company growth in terms of revenue, subscriber base, ROIs, and any other metric deemed necessary.

 

Responsibilities


  • Manage and optimize User Growth, Subscription Growth, Advertising Revenue Growth, In-App Gifting Revenue Growth, Creators Economy Growth, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Gross Margin, Churn, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Conversion Rates, Up-Sales/ Cross Sales.
  • Think strategically about how to grow the company’s revenue and subscriber base.
  • Develop a long-term plan for the company and identify the steps needed to achieve its goals.
  • Think Strategically on how to use the company resources to their full potential to achieve the revenue target
  • Manage the daily operations of the growth marketing, commercial, and growth departments, set up goals, develop long-term plans and identifying the steps needed to achieve its goals
  • Oversee growth marketing and conversion campaigns, advertising, and promotion effectiveness.
  • Submit weekly Full Detailed Reports to the upper management
  • Develop strategies to improve employee productivity and satisfaction
  • Pay attention to user retention and success to have the company, in turn, become more user centric.
  • Measure and regularly analyze productivity and effectiveness, create market positioning and competitive advantages with a goal of continually improving and developing sustainable results
  • Run data analytics and weekly reports on insights
  • Brainstorm with other executives to develop innovative solutions to problems within the company


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or any other related field
  • MBA is recommended
  • At least 10 years of experience in a leadership growth role in a mobile app company
  • Previous subscription-based mobile app experience
  • Previous experience in attaining a minimum of +10Million users & +1M Subscribers
  • Previous video or audio streaming mobile app subscription experience
  • Previous experience in building strong growth models with creators
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Possess the key traits of a successful leader
  • Remarkable understanding of current market trends
  • Ability to work across a number of key activity areas that drive growth
  • Excellent communication skills and following up skills
