Overview

We are seeking an exceptional finance leader to join our executive leadership team and complete the financial integration of MCE and NexGen while building the infrastructure to support aggressive global growth and future acquisitions. As CFO, you will shape the company's financial strategy, implement best practices, lead post-merger financial integration, and develop a high-performing finance team across the US, UK, and Switzerland.

The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and leading the company's Finance function. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for building financial and operational infrastructure to support aggressive revenue growth, programmatic M&A, and long-term sustainability across multiple geographies.

The CFO will be both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator—balancing near-term execution with long-term value creation as the company continues its expansion. You will be a key advisor, collaborator, and operator, working closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Board to align financial priorities with strategic growth initiatives.

This is an ideal role for a finance leader with private equity portfolio company experience who is excited by a high-growth global professional services environment and an accelerated path to CFO-level responsibilities.

•        Develop rolling forecasts and scenario planning capabilities to support strategic decision-making across the global business.

•        Build financial models to evaluate growth investments, hiring plans, and capital allocation decisions across markets.
