Requirements

Strategic Finance & Integration Leadership: Lead post-close acquisition integration with a scalable playbook, ensuring smooth operational and financial workflows as the platform scales rapidly.

Hands-On Operational Partnership: Be a curious, collaborative CFO who dives into business details like customer profitability and margin optimization, acting as a true operating partner to the CEO.

Scalable Team & Systems Builder: Build out the finance function thoughtfully, including migrating from QuickBooks to a robust system and hiring key finance talent within the first six months.

Responsibilities

Lead post-acquisition integration: Drive seamless financial and operational integration of acquired entities, refining the integration playbook to establish scalable workflows and optimize margins.

Strategic finance partnership: Act as a hands-on operating partner to the CEO, analyzing unit economics, customer profitability, and operational efficiencies to uncover margin leakage and enhance cost allocation.

Financial systems evolution: Lead the upgrade from QuickBooks to a scalable ERP platform, ensuring the finance function supports rapid growth and acquisition-driven complexity.

Team leadership and development: Build out finance talent as the business scales, while staying engaged in day-to-day accounting and close processes.

Financial reporting and communication: Own the delivery of clear, actionable financial insights and dashboards for the CEO, board, and field teams to drive data-informed decision-making and growth strategies.
