  • Responsibilities
  • Lead post-acquisition integration: Drive seamless financial and operational integration of acquired entities, refining the integration playbook to establish scalable workflows and optimize margins.
  • Strategic finance partnership: Act as a hands-on operating partner to the CEO, analyzing unit economics, customer profitability, and operational efficiencies to uncover margin leakage and enhance cost allocation.
  • Financial systems evolution: Lead the upgrade from QuickBooks to a scalable ERP platform, ensuring the finance function supports rapid growth and acquisition-driven complexity.
  • Team leadership and development: Build out finance talent as the business scales, while staying engaged in day-to-day accounting and close processes.
