As a Certified Head Teacher, you’ll lead an engaging, child-centered classroom where curiosity is encouraged, families feel supported, and your professional voice matters.
Lead your classroom with creativity, warmth, and purpose.
Design and implement inquiry-based curriculum that inspires discovery and meets developmental milestones.
Foster children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through play, conversation, and connection.
Communicate proactively with families about progress and milestones.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and well-organized learning environment.
3–5 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.
New York State Initial or Permanent Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2).
Passion for working with young children and seeing every child as capable and curious.
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
