We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individuals with ABA experience or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs & RBTs) to provide direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home settings. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver 1:1 direct behavioral therapy in clinic and home environments
  • Collect and analyze ongoing data on client progress
  • Develop and support communication systems (AAC, PECS) for non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans to individual needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Respond to challenging behaviors with support and strategies
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Current CBT/RBT certification or equivalent ABA experience
  • High School Diploma (or higher)
  • Experience working with children (personal or professional)
  • WA state driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry clients when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people with disabilities
  • Availability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs

  • Bilingual applicants welcome!
  • Candidates with experience as Teacher Aides, Paraeducators, DSPs, or Respite Workers
