Certification Coordinator

As a Certification Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation of new business as well as the maintenance process for product certificates within the Informed programme. Your typical day may include:

• Supporting Account Managers to onboard new customers and certifications.
• Tracking and updating certification records, ensuring all documentation and deadlines are met.
• Maintaining CRM data and internal tracking systems accurately.
• Acting as a point of contact for routine customer queries, escalating issues where necessary.
• Supporting audits and internal checks with documentation and record-keeping.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and relevant experience:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with different teams and following established processes.
• Interest in food, supplement safety, or certification (experience is a bonus, not essential).
• Enthusiasm for learning and building your career in quality and compliance.
