YOUR MISSION
We are not looking for a traditional Executive Assistant to handle admin tasks. Instead, we need a strategic partner for Silver (CEO), someone who can bring their expertise in a specific field (e.g., Product, Investment, Strategy, Portfolio Management) to support key initiatives, provide insights, and enhance decision-making at the CEO level.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Strategic Support:
+ Act as a thought partner for the CEO in decision-making related to your domain expertise (Product, Investment, Strategy, etc.).
+ Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to provide insights for the CEO.
+ Support in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, or investment projects.
Project Leadership & Follow-up
+ Drive and follow up on cross-functional projects initiated or sponsored by the CEO.
+ Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and execution.
+ Provide timely updates, progress tracking, and recommendations to the CEO.
Communication & Preparation
+ Prepare materials (reports, decks, analysis) for CEO’s internal and external meetings.
+ Summarize key insights from meetings, consolidate feedback, and provide recommendations.
+ Represent the CEO in selected discussions when delegated.
+ Take ownership of tasks beyond your expertise when necessary to maximize CEO’s impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or relevant fields.
3–5 years of experience in at least one of these domains: Product Management, Investment/VC/PE, Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Management, Corporate Development.
Strong analytical skills: able to conduct research, financial/business analysis, and market assessment.
Project management experience: proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive initiatives.
Excellent communication in English (written & verbal), capable of working with senior stakeholders.
High adaptability, ownership mindset, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Experience in tech, gaming, or startup environments.
Passion for game and music.
