We are seeking a highly skilled and professional CEO Personal Assistant to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As the right hand to our Chief Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's office.
Your daily tasks:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including international trips.
- Manage expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other high-level corporate events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively solve problems.
- Liaise with other executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc projects and research as assigned by the CEO.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrating self-confidence and assertiveness in effective communication.
- Skilled in overseeing and managing assigned financial budgets.
- Familiarity with accounting systems, including invoice reconciliation and cost allocation capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in calendar management and travel planning.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience working in a corporate environment and understanding of business operations.
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Driving license (cat B).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
