TLDR

Support C-level executives by leading and implementing strategic experimentation processes that drive data-driven recommendations across various projects.

Conduct feasibility studies for C-level ideas
Develop and manage end-to-end experimentation processes, from ideation to implementation.
Oversees Process Excellence holistically and able to influence the business stakeholders on the execution level
Create and execute activation plans to ensure seamless integration of successful experiments into company operations.
Analyze data and gather insights from experiments to make data-driven recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
Act as a liaison between the C-level executives and various teams, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of experimentation projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
3-6 years of experience in Project Management, business analysis, or related roles, including work with product management teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
