Collaborate with senior leadership to define key product goals, vision, and roadmaps aligned with the company’s vision and growth.
Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to optimize product offerings.
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO’s office and product development teams, ensuring that all product initiatives align with company strategy and are progressing smoothly.
Work with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure products meet market demands and customer needs.
Prepare high-level presentations and reports for board meetings, investor updates, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, identify opportunities, and refine product strategies.
Evaluate new market opportunities and innovations to drive product development and business growth.
Encourage a collaborative and innovative product development culture across the organization.
Lead high-priority product initiatives as directed by the CEO, including mergers and acquisitions, new market expansions, or partnerships.
Drive product-centric operational efficiency and improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
3-6 years of experience in Project Management, business analysis, or related roles, including work with product management teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
