We’re filling this role for a client, a fitness studio franchisee.
The CEO will oversee a growing platform of franchised fitness studios, driving performance across financial, operational, and cultural dimensions. This leader will be responsible for scaling operations, strengthening unit economics, and ensuring alignment with brand standards — all while building a high-performing team and positioning the business for long-term growth.
This role requires a proven operator who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to lead a scaled platform at a pivotal point of evolution — with the backing, resources, and ambition to build something exceptional in the boutique fitness category.
Lead the business with a clear vision, strategy, and operational roadmap for growth and profitability.
Manage all aspects of operations, including P&L oversight, studio performance, and organizational development.
Optimize systems and processes to drive revenue growth, improve margins, and enhance the member experience.
Build and lead a strong leadership team focused on accountability, service, and continuous improvement.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sustainable performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisor partners, landlords, and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, including new development, relocations, or consolidations.
Champion a culture rooted in performance, transparency, and operational excellence.
15+ years of leadership experience within multi-unit operations, ideally in fitness, franchising, or consumer services.
Proven success leading P&L for a scaled, multi-site organization.
Track record of improving unit performance and driving organizational growth.
Financially disciplined operator capable of data-driven decision making.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Strategic, hands-on, and comfortable leading through both growth and change.
