We’re looking for a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset to take on the role of CEO for a profitable, fast-growing international digital product (eSIM for travelers + virtual phone numbers).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the subscription funnel for web from scratch: strategy + execution

  • Launch MVP, test hypotheses, iterate on user journeys

  • Scale growth through performance channels: Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok

  • Set up full-cycle analytics (CPA, LTV, ARPU, retention, conversion rates)

  • Build clear positioning and narrative (“Uber of telecom”)

  • Expand to new markets and optimize unit economics

  • Build a team: marketing, analytics, media buying

  • Drive partnerships and business development

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing

  • Prepare the company for its next investment round

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as CEO, CMO, Head of Product, or Founding Team member in B2C digital products

  • Proven success in scaling web or mobile subscription products

  • Strong grasp of growth mechanics and unit economics

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing

  • Excellent understanding of product & business metrics (LTV, CAC, ARPU, conversion funnels, retention)

  • Ability to independently launch and drive key initiatives

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills

  • Strategic mindset, with strong execution drive

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with telecom, eSIM, or subscription-based products

  • Previous success in international markets (EMEA, LATAM, SEA)
