Role purpose

Ensure smooth, humane, and predictable patient experience at the centre level, under the guidance of the experience head.

Core responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of coordination for IPD patients and families.
  • Support admission, room allocation, surgery coordination, and discharge processes.
  • Communicate updates clearly to patients and caregivers.
  • Escalate issues promptly and follow through until resolution.
  • Maintain accurate experience-related documentation.

Success metrics

  • Patient satisfaction at centre level.
  • Timeliness and clarity of communication.
  • Reduction in avoidable escalations.

What success looks like in 6–12 months

  • Patients and families consistently identify the associate as reliable and supportive.
  • Minimal experience-related escalations from the centre.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in hospital front-end, patient coordination, or care navigation roles.
  • Strong communication and empathy.
  • Ability to manage stress and multiple stakeholders.
