Lift Auto Group (Lift) is an operator/consolidator in the collision repair industry. Our Operations and Centralization team is seeking a talented Centralized Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate would be well versed with The Tesla Certification Program. This opportunity is fully remote and offers room for growth.

Lift currently owns/operates 56 collision repair centers located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Yukon Territories with close to 800 employees and plans for continued, sustainable expansion coast to coast.

Career Overview/Responsibilities:

  • Frontline client service: responding appropriately virtually, online & telephone inquiries, and maintaining timely communication with shop staff, and customers during the repair process.
  • Schedules estimate and repair appointments.
  • Accurately completes estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
  • Supporting the ordering and sourcing of parts.
  • Accurately posting invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensures customers have a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles.
  • Manages/supports the customer experience. Uses Nexsyis for the full cycle of the repair process – contacting the customer with repair status updates, ensuring the customer authorization is given prior to commencing repairs, arranging alternate transportation for customers and preparation for delivery of the repaired vehicle to the customer.
  • Actively participates in supporting the workflow of the supporting shops including daily meetings and willingness to take on other duties as request by operations manager.

Requirements

What does it take to be in consideration with Lift Auto Group?

  • 5 years’ experience in collision estimating required.
  • Tesla Certification required.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to strive for excellence.
  • A basic understanding of insurance companies’ guidelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire repair process.
  • In-depth knowledge of estimating software (i.e. Mitchell and Qapter) is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven track record of high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop additional knowledge.
