As the Engineering Manager for the Ops Experience & Fleet teams, you will manage two strategic and highly impactful domains within our tech organization, directly influencing the quality of the tooling our operations teams use on the ground to keep our fleet accessible to millions of riders. In this role, you will lead talented, highly experienced frontend, backend, and mobile engineers in building innovative, functional, and data-driven solutions.
A successful Engineering Manager brings a unique blend of technical leadership, a collaborative management style that fosters a high-performing team, and a deep product understanding, which they apply across cross-functional product teams.
