CCTV Maintenance Specialist
TLDR
Inspect and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with standards, while coordinating with teams to address maintenance requests efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including system glitches, camera malfunctions, and connectivity problems.
Perform routine maintenance checks and preventive servicing for CCTV equipment.
Repair or replace faulty components, including cameras, cables, and recording devices.
Ensure proper configuration and functionality of surveillance systems, including heat/thermal vision systems where applicable.
Coordinate with internal teams to respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and system updates.
Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols for surveillance systems.
Job Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CCTV systems maintenance or a related technical field.
- Experience working with heat/thermal vision systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of surveillance equipment.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues
