Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CCM tools such as:

1. Doc1 Designer
2. OpenText Exstream
3. Content Composer
4. Smart Communications

• Intermediate knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Java and/or .NET, or CCM proprietary scripting languages.
• Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, and structured data handling.
