CCLA Head of Production Services

  • Support the integration of creative concepts by facilitating technical reviews, ensuring feasibility, and connecting the right cross-functional inputs
  • Monitor progress against major production milestones, schedules, and budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability across all workstreams
  • Identify risks or emerging challenges early and lead coordinated problem-solving efforts across internal and external partners
  • Represent CCLA and LA28 in planning sessions, technical reviews, venue operations meetings, and other key production gatherings including procurement strategies, contracting processes, compliance expectations, and operational standards
  • Champion safety, accessibility, sustainability, and operational best practices throughout all production planning and execution phases

Background & Requirements:

  • 15+ years of senior-level production experience in large-scale live events, ceremonies, mega-events, or broadcast environments
  • Familiarity with a broad range of event production disciplines such as staging, lighting, audio, projection, rigging, SFX, and logistics
  • Comfort verifying production budget and details, deliverables, and alignment on behalf of senior leadership
  • Excellent communication, alignment-building, and issue-resolution skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex, multi-partner ecosystems where facilitation, alignment, and trust-building are essential
  • Experience with Olympic/Paralympic or other global, large-scale event production environments is an asset
