  • Being open to change and feedback
  • Being passionate about our mission and our customers.

What You Will Do

As a Category Marketing Specialist, you will help the business units deliver marketing goals through hands-on planning, coordination and execution. You will work closely with the Category Marketing Lead and category teams to bring campaigns to life, improve performance and help us connect with customers in relevant and effective ways.

  • Monitor category performance: Track key metrics such as RGMV, ALV and reserve price sell-through, spot trends and turn insights into practical actions that improve results.
  • Own the marketing calendar: Keep the Supercluster marketing calendar up to date, making sure campaigns, content and key moments are well planned and aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Support campaign delivery: Work with the Category Marketing Lead to plan, launch and review campaigns. Help coordinate stakeholders, brief teams, test new ideas and optimise activity based on results.
  • Support merchandising decisions: Use data and customer insights to identify demand trends and work with category teams to help align supply and campaign focus.
  • Run day-to-day marketing projects: Take ownership of smaller projects and initiatives that support category growth and improve marketing performance.

Who You Are

  • A solid marketing foundation: You have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or a similar fast-paced environment. Relevant internships or early-career experience can also be valuable.
  • Proactive and hands-on: You enjoy getting things done, taking ownership of your work and finding practical solutions.
  • Data-driven: You are comfortable working with dashboards and performance data, and can turn numbers into clear next steps.
  • Collaborative: You work well with different teams, communicate clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Eager to learn: You are curious, adaptable and excited to grow your skills in a dynamic business.
