Category Manager - Global Indirect Procurement

• Develop and execute global indirect procurement and category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service within IT, FM, HR, Professional services.
• Lead sourcing activities including market analysis, supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, ensuring contract compliance and resolving operational issues.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver savings, drive best practices, and implement sourcing or supplier transitions.
• Enhance procurement processes and systems, support ERP rollouts, provide reporting, and coach Buyers to ensure strategy alignment and capability building.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s or professional certifications (MAI, DESMA, CIPS, CPSM) preferred.

• 7+ years in procurement / sourcing with focus on indirect spend - IT, FM, HR, Professional services

• Strong expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Solid analytical and project management skills, able to manage complex data and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, IFS, or similar).
• Fluency in English
