Job Title: Catalog Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage product catalog data across internal systems and platforms
- Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, attributes, categories) is accurate and properly aligned
- Verify and update pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform data cleanup, bulk updates, and structured imports/exports using Excel
- Ensure product listings follow established formatting and data standards
- Conduct quality checks to maintain catalog accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Support optimization efforts with basic SEO best practices (where applicable)
- Utilize AI tools where appropriate to streamline data organization and validation processes
Requirements
Core Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience managing product catalogs or large datasets
- Ability to verify pricing and identify discrepancies
- Highly organized with strong quality control skills
- Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive tasks
