Job Title: Catalog Manager

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage product catalog data across internal systems and platforms
  • Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, attributes, categories) is accurate and properly aligned
  • Verify and update pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Perform data cleanup, bulk updates, and structured imports/exports using Excel
  • Ensure product listings follow established formatting and data standards
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain catalog accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Support optimization efforts with basic SEO best practices (where applicable)
  • Utilize AI tools where appropriate to streamline data organization and validation processes

Requirements

Core Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting/filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience managing product catalogs or large datasets
  • Ability to verify pricing and identify discrepancies
  • Highly organized with strong quality control skills
  • Comfortable working with structured data and repetitive tasks
