Your New Role

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll bring our brand to life in-store, helping customers find products they’ll love while sharing our story of sustainability and innovation. You’ll provide premium service, keep our store looking its best, and create unforgettable experiences that reflect who we are.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, genuine service that makes customers feel valued
• Share your product knowledge and passion for sustainability
• Support daily store operations including merchandising and restocking
• Assist customers with personalisation, gift wrapping, and product care
• Contribute to a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

What You’ll Bring

• A natural flair for connecting with people and delivering premium service
• Experience in retail or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, proactive attitude and love for design led, sustainable products
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and peak holiday periods
