Role Overview
We are looking for a Casino Performance Specialist who combines hands-on experience as an online casino player with strong operational and analytical expertise. This role sits at the intersection of game performance, player insights, and bonus optimization, ensuring our casino portfolio is profitable, fair, and engaging.
The ideal candidate understands slots mechanics, player behavior, and bonus strategies, and can translate that knowledge into data-driven operational and product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Game Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and optimize slot and casino game performance across providers and markets
- Analyze player behavior, betting patterns, session flows, and engagement trends
- Identify edge-case strategies, unusual play, and bonus-driven behavior
- Provide actionable insights to product, operations, and marketing teams
Bonus & Promotion Optimization
- Evaluate bonus structures, promotions, and wagering requirements
- Detect inefficiencies and opportunities for sustainable promotional strategies
- Balance player engagement and satisfaction with commercial goals
Casino Operations & Strategy
- Manage daily casino operations and game configurations
- Collaborate with game providers and internal teams to ensure smooth performance
- Monitor KPIs including GGR, retention, bonus cost, and player lifetime value
- Support rollout of new games and features with testing and performance validation
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in casino operations, product management, or game analytics
- Hands-on experience as an online casino player, particularly slots
- Sound understanding of bonus mechanics, wagering strategies, and edge-case play
- Knowledge of slot mechanics, RTP, volatility, and bonus logic
- Ability to think like a player while making operational decisions
