Casino Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
At LeoVegas, our mission is to provide the ultimate gaming experience by ensuring our casino lobby is always ahead of the curve. As a Casino Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Casino Product. Reporting directly to the Casino Manager, this role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and commercial strategy.
The successful candidate will be part of the Casino Team working closely with the Gaming unit, internal stakeholders, and external providers to ensure high standards in optimizing the performance of our casino product. This includes coordinating game releases, optimising lobby positioning, supporting promotional activity, and monitoring product performance against key KPIs.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, the Casino Coordinator will also be responsible for managing provider relationships, resolving operational issues, and continuously improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and delivery standards. Collaboration is central to the role, particularly with commercial cluster teams to ensure a seamless and engaging player experience.
This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, understand market and brand-specific strategies, and contribute to the ongoing development of the casino product offering through insights, reporting, and industry awareness.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Operational Excellence: Improve processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency and improve standards. Conduct daily operations to support the Casino Product across multiple markets/brands. Adjust lobby positioning and product features according to commercial strategy. Handle operational issues with providers on behalf of escalations from our internal teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the Casino Team to collaborate with internal teams (Gaming, Commercial Clusters, Marketing) to ensure coordinated approach to product launches, promotional and positioning initiatives.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure promotional activity on new and existing games.
- Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Keep up to date on industry trends and provide competitor analysis.
- Performance Monitoring: Create reports and monitor product performance of the Game Product Portfolio with respect to KPIs.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- iGaming Knowledge: A basic understanding of the Casino product and the iGaming industry as a whole
- Operational Experience: An ability to manage operational or coordination-based tasks to support project delivery
- Organizational Capabilities: A strong ability to work independently, stay organized, and take accountability for their role.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who is happy to share information and review game data with the wider team.
NICE TO HAVES
- CMS and/or back office system knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Creative and open mindset with the ability to identify product improvement opportunities
