This position will be well informed of menu items and ingredients, as well as, preparation methods.  It is important to be familiar with the ingredients to ensure a quick response to guest questions, as well as, be better prepared to offer suggestions to accommodate allergies and preferences. The Role
  • Cleaning of tables, counters, and overall maintaining a high level of safety and sanitation standards
  • Greeting of guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
  • Processing transactions in Micros Point of Sale (P.O.S.)
  • Perform basic math functions to collect payment and make change
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer
  • Cross-trained in varies outlets and scheduled in 1 or more
  • Complete end of day cashout reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of deposit
  • Execute delivery of all food and beverage in an efficient and professional manner
  • Packaging of prepared foods, labeling, and pricing
  • Maintain a high level of safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor and order packaging supply inventory
  • Assist with the opening and closing duties of the outlet
  • Assume related duties as required
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of relevant experience
