We are currently hiring for our new Glamping and Members Club “91 Athens Riviera”, an ultimate luxury cabana beach club experience, located in the area of Voula in Athens.

Cashier to join the Barbarossa Athens' Restaurant team.

The Role:

The Cashier at Domes Resorts plays a key role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and an accurate billing experience for Domes' guests. As a Cashier, you serve as a vital link between the service team and the back office, handling point-of-sale operations, ensuring compliance with payment procedures, and offering polite and efficient service.

Some of the responsibilities:

  • Accurately process guest payments using the appropriate systems (cash, card, room charge, vouchers).
  • Issue receipts and manage balancing of cash register at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Ensure accurate posting of charges and maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, offers, and pricing.
  • Greet guests courteously and assist with payment-related inquiries.
  • Handle customer concerns regarding billing with professionalism and discretion.
  • Promote additional services or products when appropriate (e.g., gift vouchers, packages).
  • Adhere to all internal cash handling and financial reporting policies.
  • Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen, reception, and finance to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Useful to have:

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Training or Degree in Hospitality (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a strong asset.
