Job Description;
Responsible for the relations with banks and other financial institutions.
Ensure the compliance of treasury operations in line with company policies.
Execute payments (suppliers, tax, employees, etc.) accurately and on time.
Run cash flow operations across 23 countries, 30 banks, and 22 currencies, ensuring optimal liquidity and risk management
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow statements and provide actionable insights for management.
Evaluate and select appropriate financial instruments, investment strategies, and opportunities to enhance the company's financial position.
Responsible for managing all daily banking operations.
Execute funds movement and appropriately invest excess cash balances.
Manage and monitor specified cash investments.
Regular monitoring of the Group companies' cash balance, and execution of monthly inter-company cash transactions as required.
Management of foreign exchange risk, executing trades where required
Month-end analysis and presentation of cash balances to senior management
Introduce new ideas and improvements for automating workflows.
Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or similar field
Minimum of 7 years related work experience in treasury, banking, or a similar role
Fluent in English
Demonstrated experience in managing global cash and knowledge of principles of liquidity management and corporate funding
Excellent process improvement, business acumen, and technical skills to support core treasury activities
Self-motivated with strong multitasking proficiency
Effective written and oral communication skills
Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills
Experience managing domestic and foreign bank and investment accounts
