We are looking for a Case Manager to join our client's growing team. In this role, the candidate will work directly with customers to make U.S. visa preparation fast and accessible, while delivering an exceptional experience for the world’s best and brightest in the startup and technology ecosystem.

You might be a good fit if:

- You have 3–5 years of immigration experience as a paralegal, project manager, case manager, or drafter.

- You have customer-facing experience and are comfortable managing ongoing client relationships.

- You have experience preparing business immigration petitions; experience with O-1A and/or EB-1A visa categories is strongly preferred.

- You have strong account management skills and excel at managing multiple customer priorities simultaneously.

- Attention to detail is your status quo, particularly when it comes to writing and document preparation.

- You demonstrate high agency, especially with independent research and problem-solving.

- You’re interested in learning how to design and use new AI-enabled technology products.

- You have experience working in fast-paced environments and are excited to join an early-stage startup.

- You’re motivated by supporting founders, startups, and technology leaders in rapidly transforming fields such as artificial intelligence, robotics, biotech, manufacturing, aerospace, and more.

Previous immigration experience or a legal background is required, particularly for experienced paralegals or professionals comfortable with case drafting and eager to leverage new technologies in their work. Prior startup experience is ideal, but we are most interested in candidates who can clearly demonstrate the requisite skills.

What we’ll trust you to do:

Your primary focus will be supporting our customers throughout their visa application journeys, including:

- Preparing and managing multiple visa applications simultaneously, with strong ownership and accountability.

- Conducting detailed document reviews and guiding customers through complex immigration processes.

- Partnering closely with customers to gather required information and maintaining clear, timely communication.

- Moving quickly and supporting the mission to become the fastest immigration solution in the tech industry.

- Identifying potential process or case risks early and proposing solutions to keep applications moving forward.

- Contributing to continuous improvements in the document preparation platform and internal workflows, informed by customer feedback and operational insights.

- Maintaining accurate records and tracking application progress through the internal software platform.
