Case Management Assistant, Immigration Support 


We’re
seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Management Assistant to support USCIS form preparation and case management activities. The role involves preparing and reviewing filings, organizing and verifying documentation, tracking case progress, and ensuring compliance with USCIS submission requirements. This position provides clerical and administrative support for immigration-related cases, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and adherence to official standards.
 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USCIS requirements. 
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining immigration case files. 
  • Monitor case progress and ensure timely updates. 
  • Support the preparation and submission of USCIS forms. 
  • Work with team members to maintain
    accurate case documentation.
     
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings. 

Requirements: 

  • Law student or recent law graduate with a strong interest in immigration law 
  • Prior experience in legal support or case management is a plus 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details 
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting to a flexible schedule 

 

Schedule & Compensation: 

  • Flexible hours based on case volume 
  • Hourly compensation, depending on experience

This position is limited to clerical and administrative support within the immigration process. Legal advice, representation, or case strategy are not part of this role.
