EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

Service and Software Solution Sales’ responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing existing and new business to existing and new customers, by using necessary resources to match customer requirements with Huawei solutions, including:

  1. Network Rollout and Integration Service focusing on network Construction, Expansion and Upgrade for end-to-end network infrastructure;
  2. Customer Support Service focusing on the Software & Hardware Maintenance, Spare Parts Sales and Special Assurance Service;
  3. Consulting & System Integration Service focusing on Carrier Intelligent Operation Management, Carrier Service Experience Management;
  4. Learning Service focusing on Management and Technical Training;
  5. Carrier Software focusing on rating, Billing and Revenue Management Solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Marketing analysis - Analyze the Carrier Service and Software market environment, customer pain points and requirements, and explore opportunities for service improvement. Presentation and open speech capability on marketing events.
  • Solution development - actively understand each customer’s technology and business requirements and strategy; align Huawei solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives, technical and business requirements & pain points. Managing sales cycles in the different Huawei solutions.
  • Customer engagement - establishes strong communication and engagement with customers, understanding customer requirements and be able to guide the customer requirements, delivering solution values (value of expertise, value of solutions, and value of implementation expertise) matching customer requirements.
  • Sales project operation - develop opportunities from lead until closure, and lead resources and matrix manage the designated project team. Be responsible for solution planning and design, commercial quotation, solution presentation, solution clarification, and commercial negotiation, and be responsible for solution competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability. Take the lead role in positioning and selling Huawei products and services.
  • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap. Negotiate early and seek a win/win strategy for Huawei and its customers.
