Hours: 29 hours/per week
Schedule: Through August 31, 2026. Monday through Friday 10am-7p
This is a part-time, fully remote position based out of our New York City office location. It is expected that position duties will be performed remotely. This role is intended to be for an employee living in New York, NY or in a location that is commutable to the SEO NY office should there ever be a need. There is potential to support occasional in-person student events throughout the year.
Founded in 1963 during the Civil Rights Movement, SEO closes educational and career opportunity gaps for 7,000 ambitious young people annually.
SEO Scholars is a free eight-year academic program that successfully educates and mentors underserved public high school students from low-income backgrounds to and through college. In college, we continue to support students through each of their four years, providing one-on-one academic, personal and career exploration support. Our team supports more than 1,000 College Scholars attending ~200 colleges across 31 states, with a 90% college graduation rate. (Learn more here: SEO Scholars)

The compensation listed in this posting reflects what SEO believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and SEO reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
