Operations Associate (Availability & Capacity Enablement)

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the availability and optimisation of service delivery across our care operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring timely access to care by tracking key availability metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven improvements to provider allocation and planning processes.

You’ll work cross-functionally with various internal teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and performance reporting.

Capability Mapping & Specialised Service Readiness

    1. Own the centralised database of provider capabilities, languages, and specialisations.
    2. Support accurate tagging of provider capabilities to enhance matching for specialised care (e.g., specific conditions, formats).
    3. Identify capability gaps across regions and contribute to supply planning for upcoming services.
    4. Partner with different teams to support new specialised service launches from a provider readiness lens.

Data Monitoring, Metrics & Insight Generation

    1. Track operational metrics related to provider availability, service coverage, and performance.
    2. Conduct regular analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, or gaps in resource planning.
    3. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
    4. Maintain reporting dashboards and performance trackers to support decision-making.

Process Improvement & SOP Support

    1. Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs & workflows.
    2. Identify and suggest opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
    3. Support ongoing projects related to operational scale-up, service expansions, and quality improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an operations, analytics, or planning role (experience in healthcare or tech-enabled services preferred).
