About the Role

As the Care Admin Lead, you’ll manage the admin side of referrals, currently handling ~5,000 per month, and guide a small team of three. You’ll take ownership of processes, identify opportunities for automation, and work closely with other teams to test, implement, and embed efficiency improvements.

This is a hands-on, problem-solving role - perfect for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, managing systems, and rolling out practical solutions that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small admin team, coaching and supporting day-to-day operations

  • Manage the intake, triage, and distribution of client referrals across the business

  • Analyse current processes and identify automation opportunities within existing systems (MS Suite, Outlook, Teams)

  • Prepare and deliver training sessions to your team

  • Act as a key liaison across multiple teams, helping to roll out changes and test new processes

  • Participate in user testing and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Working with multiple legacy systems and identifying automation solutions using MS tools

  • Triaging large volumes of referrals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

  • Designing and implementing process improvements across teams and silos

About You

  • Can demonstrate examples of improving efficiency in previous roles

  • Is confident engaging stakeholders and working across silos

  • Has basic Excel skills and comfort with systems (Trax, Genesis, MS Suite, Outlook, Teams; HubSpot a plus)

  • Thrives on solving problems and introducing smart, practical solutions
