Clients manage their funds and accounts through a user-friendly dashboard available on desktop as well as mobile apps (iOS & Android).

They are currently looking for an experienced Card Product Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of strategic objectives for the card product (e.g., issuance targets, transaction volumes, product enhancements);
  • Ensure stable daily operations and identify areas for improvement;
  • Support the expansion of services into B2B issuing;
  • Lead the integration of new functionalities to drive card adoption and usage;
  • Stay updated on global and regional trends in payments and card issuing;
  • Identify potential business opportunities and scalable revenue streams;
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams on growth strategies;
  • Track KPIs, celebrate key wins, and analyze areas needing optimization;
  • Oversee outsourced service providers and ensure risk management;
  • Monitor third-party performance and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields;
  • Proven professional experience in fintech, banking, or payment institutions;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Background in working with outsourcing/processing partners, with a solid understanding of operational risk;
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for card products and payment services (EU knowledge preferred);
  • Comprehensive understanding of the card lifecycle (issuance, activation, transaction processing, servicing);
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities;
  • Ability to align internal operations with external partnerships.
