Car Sales Officer - Cash Used Cars

Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process.
• Provide comprehensive information about the features and characteristics of cash used cars.
• Assist customers in completing the necessary steps for cash payment and finalizing the purchase process.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring accurate and helpful information about cash used cars.
• Coordinate test drives and inspections for customers interested in purchasing.
• Collect and manage all required documents related to cash payments and the sales procedure.
• Negotiate car prices and financing terms with customers.
• Collaborate with the cash team to ensure a smooth payment and financing process.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Must have 2+ proven years of experience in cars sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Knowledge of financing and payment processes for used cars.

5. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

6. Ability to work well in a team and independently.

7. Proficient in using computer systems and software.
