Car Plates - Sales Officer

The Car Plates & Registration Officer is responsible for managing all vehicle registration, license plates issuance, transfer of ownership, and related governmental procedures. The role ensures all vehicles listed and sold by Syarah comply with local traffic and registration regulations in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

1. * Listing cars plates purchased by the company across all social media platforms and selling them to customers.
2. * Following up on cars plate requests and communicating with customers to complete sales, resolving any delays or issues.
3. * Dealing directly with customers and persuading them to complete sales.
4. * Coordinating with government entities (Traffic Department, Absher, and others) to complete registration procedures.
5. * Coordinating with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth license plate delivery.
6. * Supporting customers by answering inquiries related to license plates and registration status.

Requirements

1. * Previous experience in buying and selling vehicle license plates or working in car dealerships is preferred.
2. * Knowledge of listing license plates on social media platforms.
3. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. * Strong negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
5. * Solid understanding of vehicle registration and license plate issuance procedures.
6. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
7. * Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
