Description

IntegrityM is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to lead capture strategy for federal opportunities in program integrity, healthcare compliance, and grants management oversight. This role will partner closely with Business Development, Operations, and Proposal teams to shape pursuits early, develop competitive win strategies, identify teaming partners, and position IntegrityM for growth across agencies including CMS, HRSA, NSF, ACF, and other civilian customers.

 

Capture Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead capture efforts for assigned federal opportunities from identification through proposal kickoff
  • Develop and execute Capture Plans, win strategies, and customer engagement plans
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and incumbent intelligence analysis to shape positioning
  • Partner with BD leadership to drive bid/no-bid decisions and pursuit prioritization
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage teaming relationships with strategic industry partners
  • Collaborate with operations, SMEs, and proposal teams to align solution development with customer needs
  • Support responses to RFIs, Sources Sought, and other pre-solicitation activities
  • Ensure IntegrityM enters proposal phase with clear win themes, discriminators, and solution readiness

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in federal business development and/or capture management, with demonstrated responsibility for leading pre-RFP capture activities
  • 3+ years of progressive capture management experience, including developing win strategies and capture plans for competitive federal pursuits
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through capture milestones, including bid/no-bid reviews, customer engagement, and teaming strategy
  • Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition environment (FAR-based contracting, IDIQ/GWAC vehicles, and competitive procurements)
  • Experience supporting civilian federal agencies such as CMS, HHS, HRSA, NSF, or similar oversight/grants environments preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple active pursuits simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefings and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines and drive tasks through completion with minimal oversight
  • Shipley Capture Training and/or APMP certification strongly preferred
