The Role

As Capital Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and coordinating Inspiren’s communication with our growing network of senior living capital partners — owners, investors, and asset managers who are central to the industry. You’ll work closely with a senior team member who manages high-level introductions, and your role will be to support and grow those relationships. You’ll help create and distribute marketing updates, coordinate select partner-focused events, and support business development by tracking engagement and identifying opportunities for introductions. You’ll also work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Success to surface insights, share customer wins, and keep partners informed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work at the intersection of healthcare, real estate, and technology.

Partner Communication & Coordination

  • Build and maintain cadences for follow-ups and ongoing communication with capital partners introduced by senior leadership.
  • Plan and prepare materials for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with capital partners.
  • Partner with the Clinical Success team to surface customer wins, operational improvements, and new insights for partner updates and QBRs.
  • Help ensure capital partners stay warm, informed, and engaged throughout the year.

Marketing & Content Support

  • Collaborate directly with Marketing to coordinate the creation and distribution of newsletters, product updates, partner highlights, case studies, and performance summaries.
  • Assist in maintaining a library of partner-facing materials (decks, one-pagers, logos, etc.)
  • Help ensure accurate, consistent brand presentation across all partner touchpoints.
  • Track co-marketing opportunities with operators or capital partners and ensure timely execution.

Business Development Support

  • Help identify opportunities for introductions between capital partners and their operators.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs with Sales when a capital partner signals interest in an operator or community.
  • Support tiering, tracking, and reporting across the capital partner pipeline.
  • Update and maintain accurate Salesforce records for all capital partner accounts, contacts, interactions, and engagement.

Who You Are

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales, client success, account management, partnerships, or a related field
  • Familiarity with senior living, healthcare, or real estate
  • Strong communicator — confident in writing and speaking to executive-level audiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple partner relationships and timelines
  • Comfortable working with slide decks, reports, and CRM tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
